Waved Cliff I

This image belongs to my Cliff Scapes collection, which started while walking the coastline in Cornwall, UK. If you look carefully, you will notice I was not looking up to the cliffs, but down to the ground, sand, water... the cliffs of imagination. A black bird glides alone over cliffs with warm tones of yellow and orange, its wings cutting through the air effortlessly. The soft colors and the bird's calm flight give a sense of peace and solitude. My gaze was not on the cliffs above but drawn to the textures below—ground and water merging into imagined cliffs. The image was shaped with digital precision, layer by layer.
