“Mermaid” is one of my cherished images, initially captured at a Portuguese seaside. Its final form emerged through years of pre-digital and advanced digital techniques. The young girl who modeled for it, now a grandmother, saw it completed 30 years later. My travels take me through nature’s wonders, capturing moments with my camera. True creativity unfolds at my desk, where editing can extend over days or much longer.
